A new pressure vessel was being developed for the market, but the build-hours were outside of the budget.  An improved design for manufacturing was needed to lower the cost.


Forty eight (48) man hours removed from the cost of each unit. The design of the pressure vessel water jacket was altered, which not only reduced size and weight, but also removed days of manufacturing cost without sacrificing performance
